How tired are you? And when was the last time you rested without trying to “deserve” it first? ♡
This week is about the kind of rest that actually works. The one that doesn’t come with a negotiation in your head. The one that doesn’t require you to finish everything first.
A lot of us rest like we’re sneaking. We call it “a break,” but we keep checking, thinking, planning, catching up. The body never fully gets the message.
So… this week we’re practicing a new standard: rest as something normal. Something allowed. Something that supports you.
ONE LINE FOR THE WEEK
REST IS PART OF THE WORK.
When you let yourself rest without guilt, you stop running on fumes. You show up clearer, and more capable. Your life starts to feel vivid again!!

♡ I stop treating rest like a reward.
REST IS A STANDARD.
THE PRACTICE
10 MINUTES
Choose one moment today to rest on purpose.
No input, no catching up, no “just one more thing.”
Sit or lay down, close your eyes, and let your body drop its guard.
Take five slow breaths or stay a little longer if you can.
LET YOUR BODY BELIEVE YOU.
SOCIAL MEDIA PROTOCOL
This week, take rest off your feed.
No “quick scroll” breaks. No background videos while you unwind.
If you want something in the background, choose relaxing music instead.
Give your brain the kind of rest it can actually feel!!

A powerful reminder that rest is not laziness, it actually is a way of coming back to yourself. Read a few pages this week and notice what it challenges in you and the benefits of allowing rest in your life.
HOMEWORK FOR THE WEEK
Choose one kind of rest you usually postpone.
Schedule it three times this week like you’d schedule something important.
A nap. A long shower. An early night. A slow walk.
When the time comes, don’t negotiate. Just do it!!
