How are you… really? Not on the surface! How does your heart feel these days? ♡

This week, I want to talk about something simple: access. Who gets to reach you, what gets to enter your mind and how often you get pulled away from yourself.

Most of us didn’t choose “always available”, it just… happened.

And suddenly, there’s a version of life where you’re reachable 24/7, but you rarely feel fully here, in the present moment.

So… this week we’re making one shift at a time, don’t worry, nothing extreme! Just cleaner boundaries that make your days feel like yours again.

One Line for the Week
LESS ACCESS CREATES MORE PEACE

Fewer interruptions gives you more room to breathe. Your mind feels less crowded, your body settles, and the day starts to feel more intentional. You’ll notice it when you stop filling every pause with outside noise or other people’s expectations.

♡ I don’t respond to everything right away.

YOUR ATTENTION IS EXPENSIVE… SPEND IT LIKE IT IS!

THE PRACTICE

10 MINUTES
Choose one time of day you protect!
Ten minutes with your phone in another room.
Let your mind land before you let the world in.

YOU CAN DO IT! INTENTION IS THE KEY!

SOCIAL MEDIA PROTOCOL

Before you open an app, ask yourself: why am I here?
Open social media with a purpose.
If you catch yourself scrolling, close it.
Come back to your day, and do one small thing that makes you feel connected.

Homework for the Week

Choose one “unreachable hour” and keep it for seven days, same hour every day! Put it on your calendar the way you’d schedule a real meeting (because it is one), the meeting with your nervous system.

And if you get tempted, remember: nothing life-changing happens in that hour on your phone.
