Make Room for Growth

How much of your life are you still holding onto simply because it’s familiar? ♡

Sometimes growth asks us to make space before we know exactly what’s coming next.

A habit that doesn’t feel like us anymore. A routine we’ve outgrown. A version of ourselves we keep trying to return to because she once felt safe.

And letting go can feel uncomfortable, even when we know we’re ready for something different.

So… this week is about creating room.

Less forcing. Less holding onto what has already done its job. More space for who you’re becoming.

ONE LINE FOR THE WEEK: YOU NEED SPACE FOR NEW THINGS TO GROW.

Growth can feel quiet at first.

Sometimes it looks like saying no more often. Changing your mind. Wanting different things. Outgrowing places you once loved.

You’re allowed to make space for what fits you now.

THREE STANDARDS FOR THE WEEK:
♡ I don’t keep things in my life only because they’ve been there for a long time.
♡ I give myself permission to change my mind.
♡ I make space before I rush to fill it again.

LET THERE BE ROOM - 10 MINUTES

Choose one small area of your life that feels crowded.

-Your schedule.
-Your room.
-Your phone.
-Your mind.

Clear one thing from it today.

Cancel something you don’t need to attend. Delete what you keep revisiting. Put away what no longer belongs in your space. Write down the thought you’ve been carrying so you don’t have to keep holding it in your head.

Then leave the space empty for a little while.

You don’t need to replace everything immediately.

SPACE CAN BE PART OF THE CHANGE.

SOCIAL MEDIA PROTOCOL

This week, make your feed feel lighter.

Unfollow or mute anything that leaves you comparing, doubting yourself, or feeling like you need to become someone else overnight.

And don’t replace every quiet moment with scrolling.

Leave some room to hear your own thoughts again.

PROTECT WHAT GETS YOUR ATTENTION.

♡ BOOK RECOMMENDATION

“The Mountain Is You” — Brianna Wiest

A beautiful read about the patterns we hold onto, the ways we sometimes stand in our own way, and what can happen when we’re willing to meet ourselves differently.

Read a few pages this week and notice what you might be ready to stop carrying.

HOMEWORK FOR THE WEEK

Choose one thing you’ve outgrown but haven’t fully released yet.

A commitment.
A habit.
An expectation.
An old version of yourself.

Write down what it gave you, what it costs you now, and what could have more space in your life if you loosened your grip on it.

Then take one small action that reflects where you are now.

Not where you used to be.

MAKE ROOM FOR WHAT’S NEXT.

A CLOSING NOTE FROM VIVI ♡

You’re allowed to grow beyond things you once prayed for.

You’re allowed to want differently now.

Pleaseee don’t keep squeezing yourself into places, habits, or versions of you that no longer feel like home.

Some of the most loving choices you’ll make are the ones that create space for the woman you’re becoming.

WITH MY SOUL,
Vivi Rojas
